The
support division
plays a pivotal role in the management and promotion of EUHealth.net product range
and commissioned research across the institution. The support division interfaces
with key external organisations (The Research Councils, charitable foundations and
trusts, and the European Commission) and supports the company’s research community.
As a non profit making company, we are members of the Institute of Marketing, the
Institute of Market Research and Data Protection Registrar Number Z 1856234 services
and the EU health commission as well as supported our UK National Health services
with commissioned research and our research contact is our Research Manager
Peter Evans.
Customer
support- for online surveys and research projects
The
Research Development, Entrepreneurship and survey teams within provide information,
advice and assistance to customer concerning research hosting online surveys and
all related matters. This includes:
- Assistance to the design of the survey or the objectives
needed to achieve the commissioned research
- Assistance with locating suitable funding for your
ideas, having access to alternative research projects and their success routes to
market
- Assistance to staff with the registration of the online
survey hosting within our website
- Advice and support on intellectual property issues
- Advice and support on European Healthcare Programmes
- Assistance to research customer with the use of electronic
applications for online Research funding
- Advice on the company’s policies and procedures for
research
- Assistance with detailed costing for commissioned research
and online surveys and reaching target audience regardless of job functions
- Advice on external sources for funding applications
